McLeay’s Code of Conduct was designed long ago in an attempt to serve our employees and clients and to protect our business and practices. It is an important step in establishing our work culture by an effective implementation throughout a learning process that requires training, consistent enforcement and continuous improvement. The effectiveness is measured when our office and field personnel feel comfortable enough to voice their concerns and also to believe that our company will respond with appropriate action.
